Reception Locations

In an emergency situation the on call duty personell in Acona will arrive at the reception area for evacuated personnel and Next of Kin (heliport, hotel, hospital etc.)

	Acona has established reception teams in Stavanger, Bergen, Kristiansund, Brønnøysund and Hammerfest. RECEPTION HOTEL Acona has hotel agreements at the locations mentioned above. In consultation with Acona the hotels have established procedures according to the client's specification. In an emergency situation the hotel is prepared to handle the reception of evacuated, Next of Kin and journalists. Each hotel has participated in a number of full scale emergency drills and actual incidents. Our hotel agreements are: 1. Quality Ariport Hotel, Sola 2. Quality Edvard Grieg Hotel, Bergen 3. Quality Hotel Grand, Kristiansund 4. Thon Hotel, Brønnøysund 5. Rica Hotel, Hammerfest
